ZTABS Digital Solutions LLC, doing business as AIPages, is the controller of personal information described in this policy. This policy also explains how AIPages customers process the information submitted by visitors to their published landing pages.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, page content, and leads submitted to your pages. Stripe processes your payment details; AIPages stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not full card numbers. We also collect account activity, page views, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, referral data, and support communications. Customers decide what information their landing-page forms request and are responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required from their visitors.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the Service, process payments, send account and service emails, provide product guidance, improve our product, and communicate updates; prevent fraud and abuse; secure accounts; comply with law; and measure performance when you permit optional analytics. Product guidance emails include an unsubscribe link. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Data Storage and Security
We use encrypted network connections, access controls, encrypted integration credentials, and other safeguards appropriate to the data we process. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Optional Google Analytics or PostHog tracking loads only after you choose "Allow analytics." You can change that choice from the footer at any time. Vercel may collect cookie-free performance and reliability metrics.
5. Third-Party Services
We use service providers including Vercel for hosting and file storage, Stripe for billing, Postmark for email delivery, and OpenAI for AI generation. If you connect a lead destination such as Mailchimp, Kit, Slack, or a customer-configured webhook, we send captured lead data there at your direction. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. Service providers may process information only to perform services for us under their applicable agreements.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export captured leads from your dashboard and delete your account in Settings. You can stop product guidance using the unsubscribe link in any such email without disabling account, security, billing, or lead notifications. Contact us for another access or data portability request. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a denied request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If your information was submitted to a customer's page, contact that customer first because they control that form and its connected destinations.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Account deletion removes active account data immediately. Encrypted database backup copies are removed as they expire under our managed database retention policy. We may retain records when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations.
8. Children
AIPages is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
