Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and ZTABS Digital Solutions LLC ("ZTABS," "AIPages," "we," or "us"), which operates the AIPages service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIPages ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use a paid plan.
2. Description of Service
AIPages is an AI-powered landing page builder that allows users to create, edit, publish, and manage landing pages. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity in your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to create deceptive or misleading content, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to distribute malware or spam through pages created with AIPages. You must have a lawful basis and any required consent to collect, use, and send us personal information through your pages. You may not use the Service to collect highly sensitive data such as payment card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or protected health information.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using AIPages. We retain ownership of the Service, its design, code, and AI models. AI-generated content is licensed to you for use in your landing pages. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display your content to provide the Service. You are responsible for reviewing AI output for accuracy, legality, and suitability before publishing it.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Prices, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are reviewed case by case. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current billing period. Taxes may be added where required. We may change future pricing after giving reasonable notice; a change will not alter a billing period already paid for.
7. Availability and Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party providers, including hosting, payment, email, AI, and any lead destinations you connect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party services will always remain compatible. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, the Service, or comply with law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, non-payment, or conduct that creates risk for other users or the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ZTABS Digital Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
10. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively after notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
