AIPages is an AI-powered landing page builder that allows users to create, edit, publish, and manage landing pages. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to create deceptive or misleading content, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to distribute malware or spam through pages created with AIPages.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using AIPages. We retain ownership of the Service, its design, code, and AI models. AI-generated content is licensed to you for use in your landing pages.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIPages is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
